Overview
This online store is operated by Valena Group LLC, trading as SmartPack Power ("SmartPack Power", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, storefront, content, and services, including purchases made through the store.
By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
1. Product information
We aim to describe our products accurately and present material information clearly. Images, colors, dimensions, and appearance can vary slightly depending on devices, production tolerances, or packaging updates. Manufacturer-rated specifications are identified as such where relevant.
Vacuum compression reduces the volume occupied by soft items; it does not reduce their weight. Customers remain responsible for airline, carrier, customs, safety, and baggage rules applicable to their travel.
2. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We may cancel or correct an order where permitted by law, including for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restriction, or genuine lack of availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other amounts are displayed or handled as described at checkout and in our shipping information. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and other payment service providers.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping methods, charges, estimates, tracking, duties, address issues, and shipment support are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. These policies do not replace non-waivable statutory rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, exploit the store unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The store and its original branding, text, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, logos, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred merely by accessing the store.
7. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, message, image, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or malicious. Subject to applicable law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you voluntarily submit for store, customer-service, and promotional purposes.

The store may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and social platforms. We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our control, without limiting responsibilities that applicable law places on us for our own obligations.

10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected matters. Where limitation is legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the transaction.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Valena Group LLC in Delaware, United States, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or forum rights that apply under the law of the consumer's habitual residence or another jurisdiction whose rules cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights that cannot lawfully be changed.
