FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
From full volume to a flatter pack.
SmartPack removes air around suitable soft items. The process is straightforward, but a complete seal and correct pump placement make the difference.
Seal
Close the double zipper completely from end to end. Run the slider across the seal twice and check that no fabric is caught.
Connect
Position the cordless PowerPump squarely over the compatible one-way valve so the connection sits securely.
Compress
Activate the pump and stop when the bag reaches the desired compression. Close the valve securely before packing or storing it.
Follow the supplied instructions and do not overfill the bags.

Can I use third-party vacuum bags?
Compatibility is not guaranteed because valve shapes and seals vary. For the intended fit and sealing performance, use the SmartPack bags supplied with your kit.
What can I place inside the bags?
Dry, soft items such as clothing, towels and bedding. Avoid sharp, wet, fragile or perishable items that could damage the bag or contents.
Why is my bag not holding compression?
Check that the double zipper is fully sealed, no fabric is caught, the valve is clean and closed, and the bag has no punctures.
Does compression affect airline weight limits?
No. Compression reduces volume, not weight. Always check your airline’s current baggage weight and size limits separately.
