We may collect personal information directly from you; automatically when you use the Services; from WooCommerce and WordPress service providers; from payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, security, and customer-support providers; and from other parties where permitted by law.
3. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to operate the store, including to WooCommerce and WordPress service providers; Stripe and other payment processors; fulfillment and shipping providers; customer-support and communications providers; hosting, security, analytics, and technology providers; professional advisers; and advertising or marketing providers where permitted.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or competent authorities; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies, analytics, and targeted advertising
Our store and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential store functions, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Depending on your location and the technologies enabled on the store, certain disclosures for advertising may be considered a “sale”, “sharing”, or use for “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws even when money is not exchanged for the information.
Where applicable, you can exercise relevant opt-out choices through Your Privacy Choices. Any additional cookie or browser-based privacy controls offered by the site or required by applicable law will apply according to the choices you submit.
6. Payment and commerce providers
Our storefront uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe and other enabled payment providers. These providers process information needed to complete transactions, prevent fraud, and operate payment services under their own applicable privacy notices.
7. Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to administer orders and customer relationships, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information, to limit or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages about orders, transactions, security, or support.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us.
