Returns

We want returns to be clear and fair. You may request an eligible voluntary return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To request a return, use our Contact page first. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send a product back before receiving our return instructions and the applicable return address.

Change-of-mind returns

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong configuration, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within the 30-day return period, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Please provide your order number and, where reasonably possible, photographs or video showing the item, packaging, and issue so that we can assess the matter.

If we confirm that the issue is attributable to the product, transit damage, or our fulfillment error, SmartPack Power will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund. We will cover the reasonable return shipping cost where a return is required because of a confirmed defect, damage, incomplete shipment, or fulfillment error for which we are responsible.

Return eligibility

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the product should be returned in the condition in which it was received, with its original components, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible, together with proof of purchase. Reasonable handling necessary to inspect the product does not by itself remove rights that applicable law gives you.

We may decline a voluntary return where the product has been materially damaged, altered, misused, or returned incomplete after delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Normal wear, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage after delivery is not treated as a defect present on delivery.

Return address

Do not send returns to a corporate or business contact address unless SmartPack Power specifically confirms that return destination in writing. Approved returns may be directed to a different processing or fulfillment location depending on the order. Returns sent without prior instructions or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Return shipping and tracking

When you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt and tracking information until the return is completed. SmartPack Power is not responsible for a customer-arranged return shipment that is lost before it reaches the designated return location, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds

After an eligible returned item is received and, where appropriate, inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method without unreasonable delay and within any period required by applicable law. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after we process it.

If we approve a refund without requiring the product to be returned, we will tell you in writing.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request before dispatch, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy is in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law. If applicable law gives you a longer cancellation period, additional remedies for defective goods, or other mandatory protections, those rights prevail over any inconsistent term in this policy.
