Overview

SmartPack Power is a brand operated by Valena Group LLC (“SmartPack Power”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, storefront, content, products, and related services.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, production tolerances, or packaging updates. Manufacturer-rated specifications are identified as such where relevant.

Vacuum compression reduces the volume occupied by suitable soft items; it does not reduce their weight. Customers remain responsible for airline, carrier, customs, safety, and baggage requirements that apply to their travel.

2. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not prevent us from cancelling or correcting an order where permitted by law, including for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restriction, or genuine lack of availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

3. Prices, payments and shipping

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other amounts are shown or handled as described at checkout. The store is operated on WordPress with WooCommerce, and payment processing may be provided by Stripe and other enabled payment service providers.

Available delivery methods, charges, and destination-specific delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated as guaranteed, delivery dates and transit times are estimates. Full shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly fulfilled and a return is required, SmartPack Power will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, exploit the store unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

6. Intellectual property

The store and its original branding, text, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, logos, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Access to the store does not transfer ownership or grant permission for unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation.

7. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, message, image, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or malicious. Subject to applicable law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you voluntarily submit for operating, supporting, and promoting the store.

8. Third-party services

The store may use independent payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communications, hosting, security, and other service providers. Your purchase is made from SmartPack Power, not from those service providers. We remain responsible for our obligations to you to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Privacy

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected matters. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the transaction.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Valena Group LLC in Delaware, United States, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections, remedies, or forum rights that apply under non-waivable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights that cannot lawfully be changed.
